Exceptionally good breakfast with variety of meals. Location: particularly good and excellent, close to mini golf, main landmarks and shops, and a main shopping street with a car pull in for unloading. Private parking nearby provided. Great choice for weekend.

We greatly enjoyed the comforts of this designer hotel. Booked a guest room with a private safe, central heating, and a work desk. Its location was MAGNIFICENT, not far from a main shopping street, the commercial area and main landmarks.

The location.
The bad smell all around due to the fact that it is allowed to smoke everywhere.

The hotel’s proximity to the main bus station makes transportation easy, and the clean, spacious rooms are complemented by helpful staff. Although a bit dated in decor, the access to the Mercure’s spa really enhances the experience and is a perfect way to relax after exploring.

Situated in the heart of the shopping area. My room had a great mountain view. Better than three star facilities. Secure parking available at reasonable rates.
My speaking only English resulted in some confusion.

Wi-Fi connection issues!!! Poor signage leading to confusion accessing amenities!!! Soundproofing needs improvement, especially from noise coming off the busy street!!! Cleanliness concerns left lingering doubts!!! Limited parking availability too!!!

Recommend it for families
The soft play area kept our little one entertained, we visited daily and he loved it!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.
